Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of preserved floral products, change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% handling/restocking fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Preserved flowers and floral arrangements after opening

  • Customized or personalized items (including message cards)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards and downloadable products

Preserved flowers are considered delicate, non-resalable items once opened.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

For confirmed damaged or defective items:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued

  • A return label will be provided if a return is required

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
