Artequeen offers preserved floral products and gift items. Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, or arrangement may occur and are considered normal.

2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Shipping
Shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Artequeen is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery.
